About Viking Minerals

RAN OLIVER

Ran acts as Co-President and CEO of Viking Minerals, primarily overseeing strategic planning and management of the company’s investments. Before co-founding Viking Minerals in 2012, Ran spent eight years working on the acquisition and management of a $200MM real estate portfolio, and serving as a director at Valliance Bank in Oklahoma City. In his free time, he enjoys golf and the great outdoors with his wife and three children.

COURT ROUECHE

Serving as COO, Court is involved in most every aspect of the day-to-day operations at Viking Minerals. His experience evaluating properties in the Mid-Con, Eagleford, and Permian basins give him the perspective necessary to effectively analyze any asset.

Before co-founding Viking Minerals in 2012, Court ran multiple operating businesses in the Oklahoma City area focused on real estate acquisitions and investments. When he isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his wife and three young children.

TRISHA DEMPSEY

Trisha acts as Land Manager at Viking Minerals and has been responsible for overseeing hundreds of acquisitions in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. She is responsible for completing acquisitions and managing the company’s portfolio. Her background is in lease acquisitions, accounting, corporate sales, and marketing. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters.

BAILEY ROLLINS

Prior to joining Viking, Bailey Rollins developed mission critical software for large oil and gas companies for nearly a decade. His passion for programming started at age six, copying programs from software magazines on a Commodore 64.

When he’s not solving challenging oil and gas problems through software, Rollins enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
